Righteo. I see where you are coming from, im coming from the view that if the plant is somehow seriously flawed that wouldnt detract from the resource as the resource itself is worth billions. A plant can be always be bulldozed or modified (admittedly at expense).
If the plant wasnt there & PEN were still proving up a multimillion pound resource they would be worth hundreds of millions of dollars (which they once were).
