The chances of this becoming a stranded resource is next to nil. Even if for some bizarre reason the ore is so unique that it's resistant to both acid and alkaline and never reaches nameplate - if the U price is sufficient and especially if s232 sticks... PEN will turn a profit and the uranium will be mined.
