Sorry mate, but you're wrong. If the resource cannot be extracted via alkaline or acid processing, it will be stranded. No one will touch it - it will be too hard.
"There is much more to production than just the chemistry......" Not really. The chemistry HAS to work. Everything else is consequential. A resource that cannot be extracted profitably has zero value.
