At this stage I think producers will be inclined to wait and see where U goes rather than selling themselves short. Unless they financially need to do so.
So unless utilities are willing to sign LTs for far higher than current rates it seems like a tough sell (tough buy?)
I asked at the info session what LT rate they might be willing to sign on for... they dissembled a little but it sounded like $50/60+ would be the territory they'd consider
