I don't think DYL have started building a plant or developing their mine have they?
Who is to say that any explorer in any commodity is not going to run into production problems later? It is ironic how many high flying explorers come back to earth with a thud when they develop into a producer. Reality bites.
I have only invested $$$ that I can afford to lose in PEN, happy to let it ride because to my mind a $50 mill market cap is extraordinary value for a company with a huge resource deposit & a developed plant in production. The low PH field test should ensure a regular news flow in 2019 and if U sentiment keeps improving there should (in my opinion) be good gains from here.
As always DYOR (or listen to the guru).
