The record date for 4.6 gir share for every u308 share is 5 days after the shareholders meeting on 28/04 which is Fri 5/5/06 so imo if you buy gir shares by next Thurs or Fri should be ok.
Approx. 3 months after the inspecie distr.of u308 shares,the co.intends to conduct a pro rata issue on the basis of 1 option for 1 c for every 2 u308 shares held.
