I share some of your concerns Amer222333, the biggest one being the potential shortfall on the take-up of the issued shares. I know of fellow S/H like myself who wont take up the offer until the board announce their intentions. Imagine if only 50% of S/H take up their entitlements, individual/individuals can control 25% of Key. If this is a good deal and the board are confident with the up coming projects, then one would think they will take up their entitlements, which will instil some confidence to S/H who like myself are undecided.
