    It is all relative. I am sure you have dome some research on what the salaries are for directors with 30+ years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. I have, and I dont have a problem with these costs. IMO, had it not been for the GFC, the sp would be sitting at much higher levels than today as Tz would not be in such a stale mate.
