    The way Europe is going any gas and oil producers or near producers could absolutely be a bargain.

    There is talk now of banning all off shore exploration in Euro zone, this would put pressure on a lot of companies (excuse the pun) and also on the price of oil and gas (Europe more reliant on Russia and the like...

    East Africa then becomes a very strategic and valuable play...
