I have been a supporter of the company for about two years now and waited patiently. I am very excited by the resources that seem so close but yet are so far away from our grasp.

I have posted my NO vote against further dilution of the SP. Like the majority have already posted, if more information was forth coming it may well have been a YES vote. KEY has always let itself down by lack of information to the shareholders. I have always seen this as maybe a "no nonsense" type approach to managing announcements and lived in the belief that when we get an announcement it will be a ripper. I am beginning to doubt that theory and am now coming to the conclusion that it is just arrogance. Maybe I am wrong? But with no news on any of the projects for so long (Tanzania in particular) - very frustrating.

All I can say is that without something to pull out of his hat at the AGM, Ken should recieve a pretty hostile reception. I wont be there, as to far to travel and work schedule does not permit.
