Reading all posts on this thread Im feeling pretty confident that resolution 4 wont get up.The board control only 10mil shares (less than 10%) I believe collectively the regulars on KEYS threads would should match them with the amount of shares. One poster quantified his/her holding @ 500k I can say with a family member and myself we have 2.3mil(thats already 2.8mil against) so that and the fact S/H can't possibly happy with current S/P and a 70mil placement @ a discount to SOPH's I just cant imagine it getting up.
