I can't argue with most of what you have written, dapper.

Company management just need a bit more compassion for long-standing (suffering) shareholders.

I doubt the no vote will get up either, but you never know. After Ken & Ted's holdings, the size of individual holdings falls away quite dramatically. They will have a job mustering large-scale support.

If there are enough frustrated holders (which I'm sensing there are) and they aren't so apathetic as not to vote (not so sure about this point, unfortunately), then we stand a chance.

Hopefully a few of the regular HC posters also hold decent parcels of KEY. We'll see, I guess.
