Just sent my NO vote in.

Unfortunately, the lack of information available to me as a shareholder along with the current sp, gives me no other choice than to vote against resolution No 4. I will be more than happy to give them my vote if and when an appropriate acquisition opportunity comes along.

It should be an interesting AGM. I am not sure how KEY will put a positive spin on things to their shareholders when the current sp is sitting at 11c, and yet global markets have improved considerably over the last 6 months.
