Just as well i had a look at the posts this morning, i had forgotten about the vote.
Seeing as i am still a shareholder at this point in time, i have voted yes to resolutions 1,2 and 3 and NO to resolution 4.
If the company cannot give any explanation for the use of this raising and the effect the dilution will have on the current shareholders investments then they do not deserve to have this passed.
Their response to my query re this was that they too would be affected but what portion of their current holdings have they paid full tote odds for like the rest of us?
