Good discussion guys, and great to see some calm and reasoned heads are prevailing.
Don't forget that Ken & Ted have a fair few of their own $$'s on the line here. Ted has bought on market previously, and fully took up his 11c rights as well.
They will want to extract maximum value from KEY.
I'm pretty sure we will know what this capital is for prior to the vote.
