As a long term holder and a supporter of the KEY management team I am sure they believe the placement is required to do what they need to do to grow the company.

However, I have no intention on voting yes on the current information provided. As you said, it is just good old fashioned common sense and business practice. I am sure Ken is aware of this and as such expect KEY to release more information as we get closer to the AGM.

Just in case, I will be contacting him shortly so he is fully aware of my current position.
