Dapper, I am on record as being relatively positive about what the cash will be used for.

However, I agree with you in that I will INSIST on clarification BEFORE I vote yes to the placement.

This doesn't mean that I think KEY is in financial difficulty, quite the opposite actually. I do believe that the funds will be used to extract some serious value for shareholders.

As a shareholder with a voting right, it is just prudent to get ALL relevant information PRIOR to making an informed decision. This is just good old fashioned common sense and business practice.

I have spoken with Ken on several occasions regarding various issues and may wear out my welcome if I am the only one who continues to call. That said, he has always taken or returned my calls and I have found him to be a straight shooter and easy to communicate with.

May I suggest that you call him and alert him to the growing backlash surrounding this issue and the possibility that there may be a strong vote AGAINST this resolution.

You never know, he may actually issue a statement of clarification which will end this speculation and paranoia.
