Great deductive rationale Philly re: attempts to raise mc unsuccessfully via market entry from retail investors. I'm sure very frustrating not only to us holders.
The truth with this company is this, whilst dillution has occurred it still has a low registry. The incentive for retail investors to now enter into ptx is not only the science, but more importantly (from a monetary perspective-a key driver in stocks) the fact of burn rate.
PC's burn rate (as of last quarter), added by their past brilliant work of us grants still current, can now be seen as almost negligible. A key factor for investors.
In sum, even if the pipeline is extended and accelerated ( I do believe that management were a little surprised, hence haven't yet detailed projections yet, by the placement), capital at hand (pending members vote) is now enough for years to come.
Might even see us over the line into commercialisation, this was ( IMO), some concern as shown by the overstated mc dilemma attached to ptx.
