Spruiking to me implies a dishonesty that will benefit the spruiker.I do think Steve did have the best intentions of the company at heart and passionately believes the stock is worth muliples of what it is as distinct from a spruiker who does not believe what is is saying or has been propagandered to believe so.
There was an attempt imo to try to get the placement higher by increasing the market price by saying there will be not placement in the short term...letting the market know that the only way that they can buy shares is on the open market, then an attempt to increase the interest by using Red Chip ...did not work.
It can be the only explanation...Steve cannot say it is worth multiples of its current price and then give half the company away at a pittance...why did he not wait...perhaps the increase in share price will really come when the AML trials are fully funded and start.

I suspect that the intention was to raise more money in the placement but it did not happen,more like $10 million and we would have heard the words "oversubscribed"...Why I dont know...why were they not bending over backwards?Hence he was forced to back to shareholders knowing that it is going to be under subscribed and then placed perhaps with short term investors.
I always thought that the tight share structure and the big stakes on offer with a brilliant team the sp would be a lot higher...this dilution keeps a cap on the sp.
I still will be paying up for my shares...still think 9c is undervalued
