Since late last year there has been an outbreak of Typhus in Southern California, mostly LA.
It is now being called an epidemic and has infested government buildings and is now infecting government workers in those buildings.
The outbreak is carried by fleas infected on rats. The main cause of the outbreak of Typhus is thought to be the thousands of homeless living on the streets of LA. The homeless have no where to go and they live on the pavement, they crap on the pavement and they pile the rubbish on the pavement. Apparently it has spread so far into government buildings the LA council is considering tearing up all carpet in government buildings.
