    Yes they can be shocking in how they write hteir announcements in regards to the consolidation etc.

    My broker shows it as being ex entiltement and this is how I voted on it being given a record date of the 22/10/2007 as per resolution 2.

    I am assuming it is badly written but will be ringing the company this morning to confirm as the announcement does imply something different.
