This would value the EFS sale at around $100m, 245m TXN shares, divided by 2 times say 80c for SEA shares? Correct or am I missing something.

This would value the acerage below $15k an acre, correct?

Can someone confirm for me.

By the way SEA is already in the ASX 300 and has hd a $100m debt facility previously approved which could still be open.
