txn & sea in pre open, page-20

Tilleydog, there are so many variables in this sale it's hard to even gauge a price.

I think the asset is probably worth around ~$180-200 million at fair market value (all things considered), but I don't think that TXN are in a position to command that full price.

I'm expecting at this stage that SEA might buy it at a bargain price, simply because SEA have set a budget (which they'll probably only slightly exceed) and SEA seem to be a bargain-hunting company, whilst TXN are definitely keen to sell.

However I think it's pretty safe to say that TXN shares will be going up on the announcement of the news, so I think that's something to look forward to at least!
