I was actually giving some thought to this topic from the perspective of the disclosure rules.
OK on the one hand the rules are reasonably straight forward but they can be quite complex in their application.
Let us take the case of a gold explorer and a large gold miner.
What is material to an explorer (eg from the perspective of impact on sp) may be immaterial to a large gold miner? So, the explorer may even go into a TH before ann whereas the large gold miner may deal with it as if flicking off a fly from the lapel??
