Spot on sharks. But, I've always suspected that the Track business was at full maturity and why it was sold to CM8. The Track guys didn't have the dough, and possibly the energy, to keep pushing it up hill and let some young blood come in to USE it for his plans. Getting solid returns from Track will be a bonus, but, IMO, Dom is much more into just using Track as a solid foundation on which he will "do HIS thing". He's capable of doing both!!!
The final funding for the "takeover" was a super bonus for the Track owners, they've ended up having their cake and eating it, haven't they??
