While I do not expect that the 5th of May will turn the bidder into a Santa Clause I do expect more realism, less fantasy. Less coal in my stocking.
This is a time where the bidder can regain the high ground by offering the extra 10+ cents needed to secure AHR.AX.
I just hope that they are advised once and for all this is about is money. This is not about the extra % offered over the 16 cents in November. We all know AHR was sadly undervalued last year. It is about what the current share holders believe AHR is worth not what they offered over the .16 of November 2010.
I'm sure their telemarketing team will have established that .28 or even the .305 is not acceptable.
So with just two more sleeps I hope to wake up on the 5th with some sanity in the ir and find an offer of at least .40 per share. This may just allow the Chinese to buy this fine Australian company.
