    So what happens if Joe decides that he will not get any directors, and when ever he feels like going out for dig to find diamonds he just does it.

    We shareholders are the only losers as joe still has the mine which he can mine anytime he likes and keeps what he wants.

    And with the tommora laser zapping these diamonds out automatically why would he want anyone on site?
