two independent directors

I asked the ASX some questions, including whether MED had appointed two independent directors.

Today ASX tells me that their discussions with MED are confidential, which is fine by me.

However, they did confirm that they have no information from MED about the appointment of the two independent directors.

Even though MED has had more than three months to appoint them, I guess directors willing to take on that job would be scarce as hens' teeth. After all, he who lies down with dogs, rises with fleas.
