MichaelIrish: I fail to understand why this company is allowed to continue to trade without disclosing, apart from to its major shareholder, Ingot Entities, the revised terms of the restructuring of loan facilities with Ingot Entities, especially since it involves changes to the conversion rights. Possible storm clouds are brewing on the horizon for investors outside of Ingot Entities, which somehow are supposed to turn into a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for the small investor?

You continue to post updates on a project ERG should have completed months ago. One of the most vivid memories I recall is watching an Olympic marathon where a dazed and distressed athlete enters the main stadium. As the crowd watched on horrified, officials helped him to the finish line and he received a standing ovation.

That is the only sort of ovation ERG deserves.
