Dear Cranswick + followers + MMX posters et al. As I have always said it is a "David v Goliath" scenario. Neither myself or any other posters probably have the faintest idea that is in any way "qualified" to try and determine who might win and what the resultant cash/equity scenario will yield.
Suffice to say that it is "going down to the wire" - be at the court if you are interested and also be prepared perhaps for the best and worst case result.
Some posters might suggest that CHM are not capable of running MMX if they get it - it will be sold and you all know what will ultimately happen regardless - MMX will get taken out to at least their FIRB limit but i suspect 100% - Rudd and company will have to part company with more Australian commodity assets than they are suggesting - the Mid West area will be a good start point since Sino already have the start.
