Thanks Wilma,
I was most interested if you had any new news re EcoGraf...that's pretty much the same to what I was told.
In regards to Tanz and Finance, I have become a lot more relaxed since the last CR where my biggest demand on KNL was met and their claims of no retail CR was met. Therefore some of the top holders stood by our commitment to participate and support the Co in the raising, CBA's commitment helped us when deciding to part with more money.
Re Tanzania and Finance
I never doubted GOT to come good, just didn't think it could possibly take this long.
Finance I'm also very confident, considering all the important points have been accomplished
and now just remains a formality...the project metrics are very strong and (very important for us investors) independently verified (and this might be even more important) on our bank's behalf = their engineers would have looked with extra conservative eyes at our projects numbers. Then the banks will be very aware of the demand outlook for G for the foreseeable future...so, lending ~US$40mil is not a big deal in comparative terms when looking at other deal they are financing.
So I haven't felt the need lately to contact management as I feel everything will unfold very soon.
As I have stated multiple times, the good thing for current holders is that KNL has not had a run to date, all upside is still to come and that's where our very tight share registry will come into play...everyone could see by how much KNL's SP can move with very little volume, once even just 1 insto decides to buy in the SP will explode, there is just not enough liquidity...and this will play in our favor after Debt Finance is completed it will be very easy to get a small number of instos taking the equity balance, even at a premium as they will know that there is no risk of Brokers and retail investors (if equity would be done via a standard CR and SPP) selling for a quick 10-20% profit, which in turn would keep a lid on potential SP gains. So Instos will:
*look at the projects NPV
*look at CBA and top 20 holding 50% of KNL
*look at the German Gov Bank Guarantee
*look at the 1Billion EV's by 2025
And will say: " If I pay a bigger premium, an I have more shares, please?"
And then we have the possible game changer:

Don't twiddle your thumbs for too long, especially those that know the sector and know KNL and how conservative they are.
All IMO
