Correct Wilma...also we need to remember that KfW is looking to fund up to US$40mil...but then we still have NedBank and more recently also EFIC appears to be in the race...so depending how much those other two lenders are thinking of contributing there will possibly be not much left for instos in the equity portion...NedBank was mentioned as up to US$30mil, EFIC - have not heard any figures...all we really need is one large cornerstone investor...but as Wilma stated, the equity portion will be looked at AFTER the Debt Funding is secured.
