We as shareholders have endured a lot and are running out of patience, but bear in mind that KfW’s world doesn’t revolve around us and our relatively small (in commercial terms) loan of US$40m, so reasonably I would expect that finance will be finalised (or at least a term sheet to be announced to the market) by the end of October. We are in the second stage of a two-stage process with the UFK loan guarantee submission (which we on HC have dubbed the “GGG” ) - we really are that close! Remember, the ML extension, which was only just granted less than two weeks ago, was a critical requirement of the finance application, we have now checked that requirement. We are on our way but a little more patience is required.
