The bank funding is the priority. The equity portion of the capex will not be finalised until the bank finance is secured. From a technical standpoint, the project is as close to 100% derisked as you can get, we won’t be raising the equity portion based on SP or MCAP. Hint: I would work off the Epanko BFS NPV as a starting point for the entry price for a strategic or equity partner
