Okay, here is the email that I sent the company just now via the email address provided above. Thanks for that!
Good afternoon, My name is Michael .......... and I am a shareholder in Bass Metals.
I recently forwarded two emails to Bass Metals via the 'Contact Me' section on your website. Unfortunately I have not received any response from either email which is somewhat disappointing.
I'm now trying to reach you via this email that was listed on the last announcement to the market. Hopefully someone will be kind enough to respond. I'm an active poster on the Hot Copper website and other posters are also interested in hearing the response.
So my questions are:
1. On the 27th February 2019 an article appeared in the media stating that Silverstream has acquired a 2.5% royalty of the Graphmada mine from Tectonic Gold. In the recent 121 interview in Capetown S.A. (as well as most market releases) Peter states that the mine is 100% owned by Bass and is debt-free. Why do we still have a 2.5% royalty to another company? Are you able to elaborate on this please? Other people have mentioned that Bass were going to pay out the royalty a couple of years ago. How much do you anticipate that Bass will have to pay to Silverstream? How is this beneficial to Bass Metals?;
2. Regarding the shut-down of production in the December quarter for maintenance purposes: It was mentioned that part of the reason why it was shut-down was to make improvements to the flake size and fixed carbon rate. Can you please advise if these two facets have been improved since the maintenance and if so - by what percentage/amounts? I think this is very important moving forward as a large/jumbo/super jumbo graphite producer who is trying to secure off-take agreements;
3. Sales updates: I regularly check the website en.52wmb.com for updates on the exports of graphite from Graphmada S.a.r.l. There is no recorded exports since 25/12/2018. I was led to believe in the quarterly announcement that forward sales were taking place and shipments were pending. Please provide an update on shipments and sales.
4. In April 2018 in a media release on 4th April 2018 it states that Bass Metals has secured an off-take agreement with Possehl Erzkontor GmbH & Co for an annual amount of 3000 tonnes until 2020. What has happened to that agreement? I have not seen any exports to Europe since production resumed last year. Is this off-take agreement still in place and if not, why hasn't it been divulged to investors?
My last question relating to an update on Millies Reward was published the day after I sent my first email!
The share price is slowly decreasing and is not a positive sign. The lack of news flow from the company does not instill confidence. I realise Peter and Bill were in Capetown for the 121 conference recently and Peter had attended 20 meetings. Were any of them fruitful and result in positive outcomes for the company?
Thanks for taking the time to read my email and I hope that someone can respond in due course.
