It predicts behaviour patterns in an attempt to control your buying decisions based on your location in real time. That's the best I can describe how that part of it is supposed to work.. Using it allows it to learn about you to influence you in making purchasing decisions based on where you are at any given time.
Telling people to tell themselves to buy something they don't know they know they want to buy at the time is a genius idea but only if we get re listed.
