From further communications with Thred today the PRA side of the due diligence audit is due to conclude Friday this week - then investigating auditors report - David has just signed off the Prospectus content on the Thred side as stated by him this was done this morning.
Thred use Invision for demos - they also use Fluidui and others - David claims they have been going under the radar as they switched code bases from open source and have done a large rewrite that is not being advertised at this stage until Thred announce their new partnership around March 10.
My educated guess is that should be Uber.
I just want to see some forward progress as a shareholder. Reward for the wait. A revenue generating partnership (see previous announcements) with Uber (not just a plug in) who are arguably the "hottest" company in start up tech news globally..
A silent convergence this appears.
But does it disappear beyond darkness?
