Nothing overly exciting to report other than the HK side of DD is said to be completed as at Friday 12th Feb.
I did ask his thoughts on tech valuations over in the States being effectively "reset" at the moment and if he thought it was advantageous or disadvantageous for Thred. He saw opportunity and gave good reasons.
I clarified my interpretation of the platform and that was somewhat well validated also.

So with HK DD completed I would suggest with any luck we will receive an updated timeline this week. Prospectus issuance has to be very close now.
