They are, however it seems they have dropped off our radar. The last time they were mentioned in an announcement was basically to say "their work is yet to conclude"
To me its clear that outotec are out of the running.
It seems Lilac is the go, but I don't rule out a third option, I have no reason to say that other than a "feeling". The wording of the job ad I posted last weekend got me thinking further about that.
The smart young folk in the USA often now want to be "entrepreneurs" and not just grind away up the chain in a massive company, lilac is a prime example of young folk "doing it themselves".
