re: not the twenty largest shareholders I wouldn't bother about the top twenty listed shareholders, they are often not the ones (well not all) of those on the list. Yes, those on the list hold the shares they say but many shareholders in companies have holdings in different names and as long as they don't total more than 5% they do not need to make a declaration.
An example - lets say I own 4.8% of ION a company with around 250m shares (I think) that would mean I would own 13m shares and if they were all in my own name I would undoubtable show up in the top 20. However, assume again I was married with four children (heavens forbid) had two shelf companies and a DIY superfund and spread the 13m shares equally into nine holdings; in that case I would not appear in the top 20.
So aside from the top three or four shareholders in a company the rest of the list can be totally meaningless so it is not worth the effort worrying about it.
