I think those types of posts are inappropriate especially when you hold no stock.

Why would there be a delisting when they have just announced a JSE listing?

Investec are advising on the listing for the JSE

The company is in a far better place than what it has ever been in.

yes there are more changes required but if you compare where this company has come from just 12 months ago CCC has a far more superior management team than Coal of Africa.

We have an excellent local coal sales operation which is profitable and one third of the production from Penumbra is hedged at around US$118pt which is USD$44 above the current market.

If you look at the last quarterly announcement corporate overheads are being slashed aggressively.

The stock price is well below NTA and the JSE will open up more capital markets for the company with more institutional investors being able to participate from South Africa.

It is my opinion the share price will firm prior to the JSE listing and head back up to 10c a share.

VMR have said they will increase their holding to 19.9%.

So why havent they done this yet? Well there could be several reason. One is they could be waiting for the JSE listing so they do not have to get RBA approval. Once listed on the JSE they dont need to obtain this.

Minority shareholders need to be listen to hence my push for further changes and these posts.

So far we have support of 101m shares.

    We are being heard.
