they seem confident tweets...given they are trying to give the massive discounts to themselves!! VOTE NO to tranche 2 unless an SPP on same terms emerged. I'm trying to contact the CoSec to request the register so I can write to shareholders. Have already emailed the MD, no response yet.
If the 2 major s/hs and directors are particpating - then they can't vote.
