In all seriousness it was a very productive meeting .... a lot less tension than the agm.

A brief run down on the T40 questions.
The BOD was asked if they had any concerns about T40 motives and the reply was “ not now “ which was an encouraging response for the future.
They were very forthrightly told that the T40 was not about taking a “ big brother “ position with the BOD.
Despite some differences in the past we can now move forward together with a common goal.
The expression “ the slate has been wiped clean “ was mentioned ..... time will tell !

In light of an admittance today that their s/h engagement has been lacking OZNT’s name was put forward as a candidate for a position of share holder rep and social media / positive marketing spokes person.
His credentials in positively researching and promoting WKT in an unbiased and factual fashion on various media platforms are second to none as well as being a major s/h suggests he would be a very good fit for a place in WKT’s future.
The response was neither positive or negative.
Further conversation after the meeting was held by 5 T40’s with AM over this matter ALL reinforcing his appointment in which he was left with no illusion with what OZ could bring to the company.

For those on HC that are not aware of what the T40 stands for, it is a group of s/h’s with a sizeable stake in WKT that are connected and have fully transparent discussions between themselves.
The mantra is for the benefit of ALL WKT share holders.
