Much like other companies discussed earlier TVN is no comparison with CCC.
First management, Peter Landau CCC many failures and has the continual habit of using major overdilution with no consideration for shareholders whatsoever, except of course himself with so many directors generous options and bonuses that I've lost count. Using institutional financiers like Och Ziff and Linq of which some of his fellow directors have been holding executive positions in the past and who are reknowned for slaughtering the SP back to their buy price.
CCC's location and interests including Mashala, Botswana and their interests in Kenya and many more. Consolidation with a falling SP and probable further dilution to an already majorly overdiluted company.
CCC shipping problems including a number of derailments and other holdups to Richards Bay.
CCC's continual ongoing requirements and donation to BEE and the possibility of nationalisation always in the air and a future source of problems.
The list goes on and on.
TVN sought after location for mining with China's support and infrastructure.
Logistically ideal.
Coal find after coal find that China is hungry for to serve their energy needs.
Tenament areas well chozen.
Mongolia mining has global interest not global fear like Africa.
Management is sharp and directional with Chris Mardon at the helm.
Don Turvey is great manager in CCC and Chris should swipe him from Peter Landau......That's one thing CCC got right.
Don Turvey has great experience with so many BHP miles on the clock.
