Actually Cuzzi........If Nick is paid by the company and last time I checked the Company(Tv2) is a publicly listed company on the ASX and as we all know, a publicly listed company is owned by its Shareholders....from the Number 1 holder(which may be an Individual or Entity) to the little guy or girl, mum or dad at the very bottom........
then as we being the shareholders isn't it correct in a sense to say we pay Nick's wages. And there are some Shareholders who actually did pay the Company for the shares that they now Hold......RTO, Options we were rewarded with as loyal shareholders and the very poorly subscribed Capital Raise which are all things you weren't here for. But things have changed....thank god!!!
As for us having any effect at the AGM regarding voting for or against resolutions, the Company is such that the majority of the shares are held by a very VERY small group of individuals or entity's at the very top of that TOP 50. The best the majority of the shareholders under those holders could hope for is to have a 25% vote returned against a resolution which would then put the board on notice for the next years AGM....already had that happen in this Company's short life, but you knew that anyway.

Anyways, what would I know, every time I have invested back into Tv2u all I have seen is RED. But hey, grab them shares coz there will never be a better or cheaper time to load up. With the amount times a select few have said they have been buying up shares, there should be less than 50 shareholders making up that Top 50
