BPG, CAD, BIG, LWP just off the top of my head.
high risk high reward is usually the motivation for investing in stocks like these. as long as investors are willing to take the risk there will always be dog stocks listed.
at least TV2 has a working product.... even though it's generated exactly zero value for share holders.
