No problem being late to the market, but with little cash, a share price which is so low that any raising will be highly dilutive, and an absolute no-name minnow in the sector, i can't see it succeeding.

Yep, so he left with a CAJ shareprice at 13c. It didn't take long for his replacement to do what Conidi should have done long before, and raise cash to reduce crippling debt, and then sell off the underperforming NSW portfolio Condidi overpaid for. In fact, I think they were able to negotiate quite a reasonably good price which meant CAJ didn't lose out on.

There's one thing being an innovator or a thinker, but it's another thing being able to grow a sustainable business. Having followed CAJ (I sold out once they initially purchased NSW by the way), my impression was that Conidi was very methodical in the early days (he is an accountant after all). As he has some success, it got to his head and he lost his focus reinventing himself into an 'innovator'. However, I wouldn't call him an innovator. More like an early adopter.

Looking at T3D it seems like its a company which is very confused trying to work out a way to boost its share price. I'm sure we will see some inter-related company deals happen in the hope of achieving this. A bit like CAJ and M7T a few years ago.
