Can not be sure who the seller was here.It appears it was the marketing manager however their holding was in 2 names and the sale today did not match the quantities outstanding individually.I have done a fair bit of analysis of the prices paid by all directors for their shares over a number of years.Interesting that all of the directors who hold shares paid an average higher price than todays market price because they have had stakes going back when the share price was higher.The marketing manager paid a lower price(3.2-3.6) and I agree with tarun1 that he is probably looking for his next entrepreneur opportunity.A positive also could be liquidity for smaller holders with the recent sales.
