No law suits at all, only one for litio tenement was retracted few months back on negotiated settlement assurance... i hv mentioned before as soon as litio negotiation is concluded in a positive way LPI is either a clear take over target or MC will be over 200mil within weeks!! I hope we see litio sorted & announced before DFS in December 2018... that will be brilliant!!
