Cridz - Having once worked for Rio, I can tell you first hand they are no benchmark for small well run operations!!! But if MED can assemble the expertise, get the recovery process right, and the right quality/ quantity diamonds are actually there (?), then a small scale well run operation is possible. Worth sticking around for at this stage IMO.
